Christmas is always an epic time in EastEnders and this year is no different! With shocking revelations, revenge and potential romance, it’s all going on as our full Christmas and New Year episode guide reveals.
The net is closing in on Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) and the truth will finally come out about her scandalous affair over Christmas dinner – leaving Ian (Adam Woodyatt) in a state of shock and horror, not to mention everyone else!
Elsewhere, Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) and Denise Fox (Diane Parish) are both battling their feelings for exes.
As the New Year dawns, there’s celebration all round as Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) and Eve Unwin (Heather Peace).
But with Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) looming for vengeance, it hangs dangerously in the balance…

Monday December 23
Things are about to get a whole lot more complicated for Cindy when she discovers an incriminating recording detailing her affair with Junior has fallen into the wrong hands. With the truth threatening to come to light, Cindy does all she can to keep her actions hidden, but has she done enough to make her blackmailer rethink?
Peter and Lauren continue to argue at No.45 but things continue to sour between the pair as they continue to argue about recent events. Ian tries to talk to Cindy about Lauren before the Beale family sit down to a family meal.
Yolande continues to shut out Patrick and Denise, before she shares a tense exchange with Kat and Alfie in the Laundrette, but once back at home, she feels guilty when Patrick points out that she forgot it’s the anniversary of his son’s, Paul’s death.
Stacey takes advice from Eve and Kat and heads to No.43 to speak to Martin about Ruby, but she’s surprised to learn that the pair are now living together.
Martin tells Stacey there is nothing between him and Ruby, but unknowingly offends Stacey in the process. Elsewhere, Kim attempts to rally the Walford Christmas choir, but things don’t go to plan…
Christmas Eve
Fearing for her future, Cindy concocts a plan that shocks her family. Wanting all of his family together on Christmas Day, George extends an invitation for Cindy and the Beales to join them at The Vic for Christmas dinner.
Later, things escalate for Cindy as she receives another piece of damning information…
Kim and the other market traders get a shock when the wrong calendar arrives. Later, the residents of Walford gather in the Square for the choir service. Nicola is jealous of Teddy and Sharon’s cosy display as Phil continues to shut out the world at No.55.
Yolande makes amends with Patrick and heads to church to meet other women who were assaulted by Pastor Clayton on the day of his burial. Yolande is buoyed by the occasion, and having rediscovered her faith, heads to the community Centre to lend a hand.
Denise and Ravi share a warm exchange as he promises to keep her safe.
Christmas Day
Secrets and lies are set to throw a wrecking ball into the Beale family festivities this year as the shocking truth about Cindy is revealed in spectacular fashion in The Vic and hell breaks loose between the families.
Sharon heads to No.55 to give Phil a present from Albie, but it’s clear he’s not himself. Later, things are awkward when Phil joins the Mitchell family meal at No.1 and he prematurely leaves after eyeing a warm moment between Sharon and Teddy.
Ravi heads to No.20 for a flying visit to give Denise a present from Avani. Later, Jack and Amy arrive before the family head to The Vic. It’s clear Denise has feelings for Jack and Ravi and vice versa.
The Slaters prepare for a family meal at No.31, but Stacey is put out when Ruby arrives. Later, Martin returns from visiting his son in hospital.
Boxing Day
Tensions are at an all-time high between the Beale and Knight families, with fury and accusations flying on all sides following the revelations of Cindy’s affair…
Ravi and Denise enjoy at quiet drink at Walford East. Denise heads back to No.20 and shares a warm exchange with Jack.
At No.31, Stacey attempts to speak to Martin again, but they’re interrupted by Harvey and Jean, who update them on what’s going on with the Beales and the Knights. Elsewhere, Sharon heads to No.55 to speak to Phil, but he continues to shut her out and she shares her concerns with an unlikely ally.
Monday December 30
It’s a happy day in Walford as Suki, Eve, and the Panesars get ready for Suki and Eve’s joint hen do, but the celebrations are cut short when the police arrive to inform them that there’s been a sighting of Nish in Walford. Fearing for their safety, Suki gets cold feet about the wedding.
However, after a pep talk from Yolande, Suki decides to go ahead with the wedding as planned. Meanwhile, Nish continues to manipulate Nugget…
Elsewhere, Jean gets bad news regarding the scam she fell for.
New Year’s Eve
As the celebrations get back on track, Suki and Eve are a vision of happiness as they head to Harry’s Barn for their hen night, unaware that Nish is lurking in the shadows, threatening to ruin it all…
Zack tries to rope Martin into a big NYE night out, but Martin decides to spend the evening with Ruby and their son at the hospital. Ruby is thrilled when Martin arrives.
Elsewhere, Jack and Penny have a heart-to-heart about the past. Meanwhile, Denise visits Ravi when news reaches her that Nish has been spotted…
New Year’s Day
The Square come out in full force on Suki and Eve’s wedding day, as the happy couple finally prepare to say ‘I do’.
Freddie unknowingly stirs up trouble when he suggests that Kat and Alfie should get married again…
Thursday January 2
Martin rushes to Stacey’s side in her hour of need, only for Ruby to join them. Stacey isn’t happy that Ruby is there and ends up snapping at her, much to Martin’s annoyance.
