Towards the end of last year, Boots launched its first ever Wellness Box – filled with 17 health and wellness items to help you kickstart the year with ease. Not to mention 14 of those items being full-sized.
Packed with a variety of fantastic products, the Boots Wellness Box includes DIRTEA Lions Mane Focus Functional Mushroom powder and Liquid I.V. Hydration Electrolyte Powder Mix in Lemon Lime. Additionally, you’ll find the popular Feather & Down Pillow Spray, Boots Good Gut Live Friendly Bacteria + Mental Focus Support capsules, and NytEase Stress + Tension Support Roll-On – plus so much more.
Just like the other boxes Boots launches, the value is unbeatable – costing you a mere £35 – but worth over £160 and saving you 79% compared to buying the items individually.

I’m currently on my very own ‘wellness journey’, and having received the box myself, there are a few standout items that I think are well worth the money – starting with the Feather & Down Pillow Spray.
Worth £4.50, get ready to transform your sleep routine on the go with the Feather & Down Pillow Spray – in a handy 30ml travel size. This little gem is infused with a soothing mix of lavender and chamomile, perfect for helping you unwind and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. I never leave the house without a pillow spray when travelling as it instantly settles me down and makes me feel calm instantly.
The next item I was pleased to see in the box was the Bach Rescue Remedy Orange & Mango Dropper. For £13.99, it’s packed with Dr. Bach’s renowned blend of five natural flower essences, the small but mighty droppers are designed to offer comfort and reassurance, helping you manage your emotional triggers and stay in control throughout your day.
I can get really anxious from time to time, especially when it comes to travelling, general meetings (even though they’ll be fine) along with other life happenings, and this just helps me feel better – plus the flavour is delicious.

Another product that’s a must have for anyone who suffers from dry skin, especially around this time of year is the Weleda Skin Food Light. Priced at £8.95 for 30ml, it’s instant relief for dry skin thanks to the fast-absorbing action. Blending organic sunflower oil with soothing extracts of pansy, chamomile, and calendula, it delivers immediate hydration and care. The gentle formula helps rebuild your skin’s protective barrier, preventing dryness. Perfect for on-the-go use, it absorbs quickly, leaving your skin smooth, silky, and ready for whatever.
When I’m peckish or in need of a sweet treat, I was pleased to see the Misfits plant based brownie batter protein bar in the box. I’ve tried a few of the brand’s flavours over the years and really enjoyed this one. I enjoyed every moment of this ultra-fudgy bar, delivering an intense cocoa hit that satisfied my chocolate cravings.
Finally, I have to give a special shoutout to my favourite product of the moment – the Liquid IV Lemon and Lime 3 pack. For £5, this powerful powder mix helps keep your electrolyte levels in check. Perfect for post or during exercise, heat, or travel, this mix is packed with 7 essential vitamins and minerals (B3, B5, B6, B12, C, sodium, and potassium) and is gluten-free. Best of all? I swear it makes my hangovers better and headaches abolished.
Those 5 items alone cost nearly £35, which is the total price of the box – making it worth every penny if you too are on a wellness-kick for 2025, or just want to try out some new products to help you reach your goals this year.
