PIC: MARK PASSMORE/APEX 25/01/2024 STAFF at a Tesco proved every little helps by aiding a mum to give birth after she went into labour - in the store loo. Lauren Ewings, 27, went to Tesco in Tiverton, Devon on Monday to buy paracetamol and cat food but came out with something far more unexpected. Within half an hour of entering the store she had given birth to her third child. Lauren had woke in some pain but had assumed they were Braxton Hicks - sometimes known as false labour pains. After dropping her eldest child off at school she made what she thought would be a quick trip to the Tesco Superstore to pick up some paracetamol as well as some cat food while she was there. Before she had even set foot into the shop Lauren's waters had broken. She rushed to the store's disabled toilets to clean herself up and call her partner to walk over from their nearby home to collect her.
