A Bob Marley biopic and a killer coming-of-age comedy are among the new films and TV shows coming to Sky and NOW throughout October. As the nights draw in earlier every day, viewers will have a lot to choose from in October, with several original titles returning and Sky's most exciting new release.
The company and its sister streaming service will feature a lot of exciting releases for everyone.
Sweetpea, which stars Fallout star Ella Purnell, sees her take revenge on those who have wronged her throughout her life.
Scream and M3GAN will be available to stream to help viewers get ready for Halloween with the uplifting biographical film Bob Marley: One Love starring Kingsley Ben-Adir also available.

Sweetpea
Ella Purnell is set to portray the overlooked and ignored Rhiannon Lewis, a wallflower who develops a taste for murder after her life is turned upside down. Also in the cast are Bridgerton's Calam Lynch and Big Boys' Jon Pointing, alongside Jeremy Swift (Ted Lasso), Dustin Demri-Burns (Slow Horses) and Nicôle Lecky (Mood, Sense8).
The show's official synopsis reads: "Rhiannon Lewis doesn’t make much of an impression - people walk past her in the street without a second glance. She’s continually overlooked for a promotion at work, the guy she likes won’t commit, and her dad is really, really sick.
"So far, so s**t. Then everything in her life is turned upside down, and Rhiannon is pushed over the edge. She snaps. Suddenly the wallflower is gone, and in its place is a young woman capable of anything… Rhiannon’s life transforms as she steps into a new, intoxicating power, but can she keep her killer secret?".
The six-part series has been adapted from the novel Sweetpea by C.J Skuse. It will premiere on Sky and streaming service NOW on October 10.
Never Mind the Buzzcocks
Much-loved comedy quiz show, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, returns to Sky Max and NOW for a fourth series this October.
The music-themed quiz will see the return of Greg Davies as host, with returning team captain Noel Fielding and regular panelist, Jamali Maddix, as well as guest captains Mel B, Perrie, Beth Ditto and Courtney Love.
Bob Marley: One Love
The uplifting biographical film starring Kingsley Ben-Adir will be available to stream from October 11.
Directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green, the film explores the life of iconic reggae musician, Bob Marley, and his powerful journey to fame and his impact on music, culture and society.
The Color Purple (2023)

The film, which will be available from October 4, stars Fantasia Barrino, Danielle Brooks and Halle Bailey.
The Radleys
Based on the novel by Matt Haig, this scarily relatable vampire thriller explores the turmoil of what happens when we deny our darkest desires.
It follows the story of parents (Damian Lewis and Kelly Macdonald) who attempt to conceal a secret from their teenage children, until they are forced to reveal the truth.
The film will be released on October 18.
