In a twist of events, it was Amanda Holden who stirred up some controversy on Britain's Got Talent this weekend, which aired a day later than usual. She pressed the Golden Buzzer for impressionist Nabe, despite having already used it for vocalist Sydnie Christmas in the first episode.

The episode reached its poignant climax with the final audition by Denise, a blind singer, and her also visually impaired husband Stefan. Before her performance, Denise shared her battle with breast cancer and the joyous news of her remission.

The auditorium was filled with emotion as Denise delivered an exquisitely moving and pitch-perfect rendition of 'Climb Ev'ry Mountain' from The Sound of Music. As the camera turned to Bruno, he appeared visibly moved and told Denise: "I'm actually inspired by you, I've learnt something today about your positive state of mind and the ability to have a sense of humour about yourself."
"You are an example. I am inspired by you," he added. The duo also received positive feedback from the rest of the judges, and most significantly, a resounding four 'Yeses' from the panel.
