Stayed at this hotel for 8 days, seems like there is folks living there term term at this location, there was not hot water in the hotel on Saturday morning 18th until 3pm in the afternoon, the whole system had failed, no showers that morning, I left the hotel one day early and Ms Tiffany the manager would not credit me for one day exit, l liked the location but unfortunately I will be staying elsewhere the next time, I wouldn’t be looking for credit but I had meetings on Saturday morning and had to attend without showering, customer service was not helpful because they kept saying I used a third party to book the hotel,

Pros: New Yorker first time driving to Boston, so i need a hotel that provide parking. This hotel provide free and pretty safe parking in their basement which is excellent for interstate driving travelers. Beside free parking, this hotel also great for sightseeing Boston via public transportation. There is a bus stop right across the street. Bus 77 will go straight to the Red Line Harvard Station. You can transfer to Red Line and go straight to the city. Or you can transfer to Bus 1, which will take you to nearby Boston University and Newbury St. From Newbury St stop, you can transfer to the Green Line at Hynes Convention Center Station. There are a lot of attractions right on the Green Line for you to explore. When you are done with your travel, u can take Red Line or Bus 1 back to Harvard Station, then transfer 77 and it will take you back right next to the hotel. This hotel also provide free breakfast in my booking. The breakfast is nice but will be better if it can last to 10am during the weekdays. (6-9weekdays, 7-10 weekends) The room is not bad, pretty big with table, kitchen, refrigerator, sofa, two tvs and a bed. The room I have is pretty clean and I do not have much to complain. The hotel staffs are nice too. Cons: The mattress is not too hard or soft and is comfortable for me. However, it is little too noisy when you try to move or turn. The bathtub is slippery when you step in it, especially where there’s water in it. I have to grab the pole tight every time. The hotel need to address this issue for safety.

Very spacious suite (switched from queen bed to king), FREE parking (rare in Boston and near suburbs), quite ample breakfast, direct 10 minutes to Harvard Square, terrific value for money..

Great service

This is the dirtiest and worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none. Need to complain Doesn't Ctrip check? This is the kind I recommend No cleaning at all The front desk and waiter have a very bad attitude

The location is very good. You can see Manhattan across the street. The transportation is also very convenient. You can take the bus and transfer to the subway to New York. The room is large, the service is warm, and the breakfast is also great

The hotel seems to have only three floors, and we stayed on the first floor. The room was dim and the light source was not bright enough. We booked a suite for three people. However, there was no bed and bedding for the third person when we checked in, and there were only bath towels for two people. There were bedding for the third person in the closet in the room, and the quilt was just a very thin blanket. After communicating with the hotel, only two pillows were provided the next day. The breakfast met my needs, a typical American breakfast. There were sausages and bacon on weekend mornings. No meat was provided on weekday mornings. The hotel front desk service was good. Free parking is rare in Boston. CVS is just opposite the hotel, a two-minute walk.

There are few hotels in Boston with free parking, and the parking space is not tight. The breakfast was plentiful and crowded, but well organized. The room is a suite, the pots and pans are complete, and it feels like home.

I am very satisfied with the price of such a big room in the United States. The simple breakfast is also very good.

房間很大，有大冰箱，大微波爐，各種廚房用具，地下車庫停車免費，門口有公交車站，走路去紅線15分鐘，門口有CVS超市可以買吃的和水，美式早餐也非常好，還有墨西哥餅，非常好。
