GGuest UserThe staff ( Natalia) friendly knowledgeable of the area, good recommendations, friendly, gave us history of the building and speaks English. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable . Coffee machine and fridge in the room was so nice for us. So close to the cathedral we could walk 20 steps and be there. They offer a nice breakfast, we did not take it because we like to explore. There is also a nice cafe bar right outside the door. I would love to stay here again!

MMolly.WuThe hotel itself is also a scenic spot, right next to the church. It is easy to get lost in the back-shaped corridor, so you must find a good direction first when you get out of the elevator. Every corner of the hotel is decorated in a very simple and simple way. If you don't arrange anything for a day, you can just stay in the hotel. In the middle of the week when it is not the peak season, the room was already ready for check-in at 8:00 in the morning. It was a surprise, so I quickly took a shower and went out refreshingly. The breakfast is also very good. Although the breakfast room is not big, it is well arranged.

GGuest UserWe stayed 3 nights in one of the ”atico” rooms on the 4th floor. The location of this hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly. We had a nice time here overall. I'm not a fan of slanted ceilings and did bump my head a couple times. The hotel room was very clean and daily housekeeping did a nice job. It was very nice of them to provide daily bottled water. The room was pretty spacious but not all areas were useful due to the slanted ceiling. I would have liked to have an extra chair or bench in the room, in the slanted areas, and also bathroom, to place personal items. Just a suggestion for improvement that would be fairly easy for the hotel. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Santiago again.

谢谢It’s a bit away from the attraction, but it’s more convenient to drive. The underground garage can be directly connected to the floor where the room is located. The room is a suite with an extra bed. The surrounding is very quiet.

AAnonymous UserLocation is perfect walking distance to the center. The airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Room is spacious, clean and good condition. Bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom was recently renovated in good size. The room has an open view to the square. Breakfast is good plenty of everything. The service of the hotel is friendly snd good.

GGuest UserIt cost us to communicate to know when they sent us the code to enter and that made us nervous because we arrived after midnight. Finally they sent it but it was wrong. Fortunately there's a phone at the door and in a second they resolved it. There is a parking place. Very close to the center and the cathedral. There is very comfortable, modern, touched us the disabled in PB No air conditioning, only heating, as we were in March we noticed the lack, perhaps in summer he feels. We were very comfortable, very comfortable beds, good wifi, no pawn but have a pay-off coffee machine in the room. We were only one night, it was very good.

It's cheap and the name is hostel, but it's a hotel with a private bathroom. There's also a bathtub.
The soundproofing is a bit poor, but it seems unavoidable due to the characteristics of the old building.

Yes - the hotel is one of smallest I ever seen. Yes, it's noisy. Yes, you can see some items dated. I have seen more expensive (much more) hotels with smaller rooms, more noisy and in worse condition. Yes. It has some limitations: there is no kitchen, no bar, no other amenities. Because of lack of the kitchen, breakfast is buffet only with no warm food. But everything is fresh i tasty. Don't expect any other meals though. Staff is friendly, nice and helpful. Location is excellent - close to public transport, close to old town, but not too close. Shops just outside and plenty of restaurants around. I would definitively use them again. Just one small thing: while wifi signal is decent, they should think of upgrading their internet connection, offered speeds would be sufficient in 2005, not in 2023. Had to switch to 4G to do anything.
