The room has its own pool. It is spacious and perfect for couple or family. The whole ambiance of the hotel is like a paradise, very quiet and peaceful with all facilities available. We are very grateful with the service from the FO Guide for a smooth check in, their manager Edson for touring us around and giving recommendations. We ate dinner buffet and was serenaded by Marie and Medic, they are wonderful singer. Our server Joan was also bubbly and attentive to us. Overall we had a memorable experience and we will definitely come back!

A perfect place to unwind, very clean and peaceful with a charming view of the Andaman Sea. Our dining experience had always been fantastic with the lively and welcoming attitude of the F&B staff Joan, Jera and El. They always made the atmosphere happy and they are always eager to help. The resort general manager is also very accommodating. The other staff are very helpful as well. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing!!!! Clean lovely rooms, impeccable service. Kid friendly, have a spa, kid’s play room, kid’s pool. Some rooms open directly to the pool, so you can swim up. Breakfast has great options. Their customer service makes you not want to check out. 😊😊😊

good resort hotel 5star

The location is not within walking distance to any convenient stores and I found that to be a bit of a nuisance. Bolt drivers would ask for an extra fair to drive me back up the mountain to my hotel. The hotel rooms are clean. But I wouldn’t stay here next time.

I love it in Phuket. The location of Crest Resort is prefect because it’s close to everything for your entertainment.

Amazing room with private pool. The villa really put this trip on another level. So treatment was lovely also and all staff so welcoming and accommodating. 5 stars for a reason!

Couldn’t ask more for a nice hotel with a stunning pool. Breakfast was delicious and the whole hotel smelled really nice. A bit far from the Patong beach, but there’s a free shuttle bus that you can ride to get there. Strongly recommended!!!!

It was a great stay but first impressions matter and it seems their intern or trainee made an error, where my reservation and someone else’s reservation got mixed up. The staff at times felt a little bit rude over the phone when trying to sort out the 10% discount which was given to me, but I guess in error so was revoked. As well as when asking certain questions. The hotel overall is beautiful but the pool area could do with a little more work. The part that is supposed to embrace the private atmosphere is cracking away as it is made out of wood and is hardly blocking anything and the metal pieces keep crumbling into the pool. The breakfast is amazing, chefs kiss but the floating breakfast is terrible and not worth the price in my opinion. Gave up my inclusive breakfast for the floating one and it was by far terrible. The location can be a bit difficult when trying to get a grab late at night, but there are complimentary shuttles which can fill up rather quickly. So perhaps they can have more than one shuttle or include more shifts. I would definitely visit again as perhaps there will be improvements as time goes by or to give them the benefit of the doubt in the areas where I found a few negatives.
