It is a good location. Very easy to go everywhere in Taiwan because very near to Taipei main station. The room is standard but late check in (16:00) and early checkout 11:00. The cleaning schedule of the room is 3 days each time. For me it is acceptable. I love laundry service with washing and drying machine but you have to prepare 10 NTD coin 30 for wash and 20 min for 10 dollar normally spend 40 for drying . My room has no window but no problem because we travel more than stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Close walk to Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport MRT station for transportation (just need to figure out the right exit to enter or exit the station), walking distance to Ximenting for shopping, there are lots of eateries nearby, Chengzhong Market (城中市场 translate to Market in the city), a local market, is walking distance with lots of local food stalls. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby area is quite spacious with some longish siting area. There is no common area to work though. We booked 2 types of room for our group. Share Studio and Classic Twin. The Share Studio comes with 4 single beds, no window, but spacious. However, the toilet ergonomics not so good as there is no space to place toiletries in the shower cubicle except on the floor. 1 bit towel and a small towel are provided for, together with 2 paper cups for each bed. Each bed has a luggage storage area under the bed, a lockable drawer, and a small compartment for storing things. Each bed comes with a small retractable desk with its own light at the foot of the bed. The Classic Twin has better ergonomics in the toilet, and has windows to get ventilation (if needed). This room is considered more premium than the Share Studio, it comes with tea and coffee, and ceramic cups. In each room a water jug is provided for, and at least 2 water stations are available on each floor. Will I stay here again? Definitely.

Spent 5 days in this hotel, overall is ok except the front counter staff isn't really friendly and helpful. Don't feel welcome every time when walk into the hotel lobby, anyway the room was comfortable so it compromised the downside.

There is also a balcony, capsule coffee, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. However, there are 170 rooms, so this happy hour is quite insincere. There are welcome tea bags and biscuits in the lobby, just two plates, and they are gone after taking them. The service attitude of the counter staff is better than that of the restaurant, but they are not enthusiastic and have no smiles. It can be improved. In addition, the parking entrance and exit are two-way, and the poles on both sides are too long, which is easy to scratch the car body. It is recommended to make it shorter.

Nice & clean. Room wall is a bit thin but no concern to me because I always sleep with ear plugs. Although surrounded by many entertaining establishments, the hotel runs truly decent business. A bit distant from the train station & food street but not too far, accessible via public bus.

This hotel is a breeze! It's within walking distance to the main station, with the river just outside your door. Popular tourist attractions like Miyahara are also just a short walk away. Check-in was smooth, and you can store your luggage if you arrive before check-in time. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, especially Southeast Asian options like Indonesian, Filipino, and Vietnamese cuisine.

Very nice room and good service from the cleaning auntie and the counter receptionist. My first room has a sewage smell and after the first night, told the receptionist and they immediately let me change to another room.

This hotel is right across ximending. Next to MRT station exit number 6. The room on 12th floor has twin beds. On 13th its very good spacious clean and have a nice city view. Their rooms for 3rd floor is a bit funny tho because it's too colorful and it makes me dizzy. Cleanliness- super! Noise-? Nothing you can sleep peacfully. Location? Perfect! Convenience? They have laundry room and one 7/11 downstairs. Also their breakfast buffet is good. We will definitely stay here againz. I post a photo of the room vibe very clean light and spacious.

We were upgraded to Family Suite and the room is too big for a couple. Nonetheless, we are thankful for it since we can move around. Room is clean and has strong water - you can have a nice hot shower after a long day outside. Location is very accessible to all must visit places in Taipei because it’s near Ximen Station. Best is you are just in Ximending - home of the best night market in Taipei. Room rate is affordable compared to other similar hotels nearby. Though they have to monitor the cleanliness of the elevator since it is for common use with other building tenants. The hotel rooms are located in the 9th and 10th Floors. Reception area is at the 9th floor.

I was surprised when I was assigned a room with cartoon wallpaper (I thought walls are plain like the photos when choosing the room), but I was tired enough to request a new room so I let it be. The sheets are itchy during my first night but somehow lessened whenever I request for linen change. Signs of wear and tear are visible in the room and stains on the carpet and couch looked like they’re stubborn stains already. The side of the tub is also rusty. Putting these things aside, my stay was okay and the location is a few steps away from convenience stores, milk tea, bakery, etc., few blocks away from Ningxia Night Market (they have great selection and cheaper than other too touristy night markets), ＜10 minutes away from MRT stations. The area is also safe for solo travelers even during midnight. It’s also a quiet neighborhood (though unfortunately, my room is in-between too loud guests on both sides from 10pm-1/2-ish every night).

The location is really good. If you went to taiwan to go shopping and visit different tourist spots, then this is the hotel because the mrt station is right in front of the hotel building. The service is really good and they change everything everyday. The only thing we didn't like is the smell in the restroom. It's not strong but you can smell something in the drainage. The TV also doesn't have netflix so it's kind of disappointing. But overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back and stay in this hotel. Really accessible, really accommodating service by the staff. Thumbs up!!

Location was not too far from Taichung station. Family room configuration was weird and had nothing to hang your clothes on. We liked the twin room better. Breakfast lack variety but the taste was better than other hotels. At this rate I really can’t complain though. Nice cheap hotel when you’re always out anyway.

Good service people are nice and it's really near at the train station and bus station so it's so convenient to stay there and recommended I just hope that it's a little cheaper during weekend like for me as solo traveler I pay more than 2000 Taiwan dollar for overnight stay while weekdays they have a price of less than 1000 Taiwan dollar

It is a very good hotel in the center of Taichung, it is simple and comfortable! Everything is good and can be considered above average. In terms of functions and lifestyle/dining options, there are quite a few restaurants and pubs. I will come back next time~

It's a little far from the station, but it's a quick bus ride away, and you can walk to Nantou Bus Center Taichung Gancheng Station. The night market is pretty close, and there are also delicious breakfast restaurants nearby.

I recently stayed at Kindness Hotel (Kaohsiung Station) and had a wonderful experience. Convenient Location: The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the Kaohsiung Station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Excellent Service: The staff were very welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. The place is ok. The staff is just ok, I can't say they are too good either. They have a non-sense pedantic rule that you must collect your dishes and put them in a tray place. I felt like I am in McDonalds or in a trashy human factory. Meanwhile the staff are sitting doing nothing. As a guest, when I go to a hotel I want to relax, I have enough with tidying up and cleaning things at home, the least thing I want at a hotel is doing the same. Breakfast itself is ok but milk tea is EXTREMELY sweet and no milk tea option without sugar so if you do not wanna get diabetes type B you won't be able to enjoy breakfast. The rest is mostly very high carbs suggary or fried fatty stuff except a small salad buffet and scrambled eggs. There was no coffee during my stay as coffee machine was broken so cannot rate it. Checkin should be conveniently done with a kiosk downstairs but when I came it was broken too. The place feels comfortable and private. Water has only BOILING HOT water. So it does not have a mixer so you can shower for the first minute, then water is boiling super hot and there is no way to mix it up with cold water or make temperature cold down. It is funny cause travelling around the world I found some countries where it is difficult to get hot water but first time in my life finding a hotel where it is difficult to get cold water. Location is just ok, it is a bit far from MRT but most staff is nearby.

The room is large, there are many parking spaces in the underground parking lot, the breakfast is diverse, the glass in the bathroom is very transparent and clean, the flushing sound of the toilet in the bathroom is too loud, you can check out at 12 o'clock!

Good: very good location, only 5 mins from Formosa Boulevard station, interchange of 2 lines. Clean and spacious triple room. Helpful frontdesk staff. Tea time with drinks and snacks. Bad: no chair, luggage rack or large mirror in the room, hair dryer is too weak, breakfast choices are very limited and too local taste.

Friendly and helpful service from staff, 24hrs laundry + dryer room! Close distance walk to night market and railway station! Comfortable and definitely will book again
