#UAE Technology is reshaping the way we live, work, and interact with the world. At LEAP 2025, our Group CEO & Vice Chairman, Khaled Al Huraimel, joined the Fireside Chat: Web4 Perspectives – The Future of Digital Interactions, alongside Maha Al-Saadi, Head of Regulatory Affairs at Qatar Financial Centre, moderated by Jorge Carrasco Troitiño from FTI Consulting. During the discussion, our Group CEO and Vice Chairman highlighted how BEEAH is leading the way by embedding cutting-edge technology into our operations. From AI-powered waste management systems that optimize collection routes and minimize fuel use and emissions, to advanced recycling facilities that utilize AI vision for sorting—helping us achieve a 90% waste diversion rate in Sharjah, one of the highest in the world and the highest in the Middle East, to smart buildings, driving efficiency in various sectors we operate in. He also explored the potential of Web4 and decentralized technologies in creating secure, data-driven, and sustainable urban environments, showcasing how technology can drive efficiency and reduce emissions while transforming cities into smarter, more sustainable spaces. LEAP شارك خالد الحريمل، الرئيس التنفيذي ونائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة، في جلسة نقاشية بعنوان "مستقبل التواصل الرقمي" ضمن فعاليات مؤتمر "LEAP 2025". شارك في النقاش كل من مها السعدي، رئيس قسم الشؤون التنظيمية في مركز قطر للمال، وأدار الجلسة يورغ كاراسكو من "FTI Consulting".  وخلال الجلسة، استعرض الرئيس التنفيذي ونائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة جهود "بيئة" وتصدرها المشهد عبر دمج التكنولوجيا المتقدمة في عملياتها، بدءًا من أنظمة إدارة النفايات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي والتي تحسن طرق جمع النفايات وتقلل من استهلاك الوقود والانبعاثات، وصولاً إلى المنشآت المتقدمة لإعادة التدوير التي تستخدم نظام "رؤية المدينة" القائم على الذكاء الاصطناعي لفرز النفايات، مما ساعدنا في الوصول إلى تحقيق 90% معدل تحويل النفايات بعيداً عن المكبات في الشارقة وهو الأعلى بالمنطقة، إضافة إلى المباني الذكية التي تعزز الكفاءة في مختلف القطاعات التي نعمل بها. كما تطرقت النقاشات إلى تطبيق تقنيات الويب4 واللامركزية التي تؤسس لها ما يسهم في بناء مجتمعات مستدامة تعتمد على البيانات في اتخاذ قراراتها، إضافة إلى الدور المحوري للتكنولوجيا في تقليل الانبعاثات وتحويل المدن إلى مساحات أكثر ذكاءً واستدامة.

Designed by Taller de Arquitectura, the architectural firm headed by Mauricio Rocha and collaborating with Daniel Rosselló for the project.
