Astra Wireless’s high-performance PTMP solution has redefined network connectivity across the terminal. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱: 𝟯 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗘𝟱-𝗕𝗦𝗜) – Mounted at elevated positions and connected to the network uplink, these stations provide high-capacity, point-to-multipoint wireless backhaul across the port. 𝗖𝗣𝗘𝘀 (𝗘𝟱-𝗦𝗧𝟭𝟴𝗰) – Positioned on poles at key points, each CPE functions as a receiving unit, connecting Wi-Fi access points to the main network. This setup delivers reliable, high-speed connectivity to remote Wi-Fi access points across the terminal without the need for physical cabling. In a complex port environment like Aden, network reliability is critical. Industrial Wi-Fi Project for TCN Mauritania In the previous years, E2E FZE completed a full Industrial Wi-Fi implementation for TCN Mauritania, covering their entire Container Terminal Port in Nouakchott with reliable and efficient connectivity. The project kicked off with a careful assessment of their requirements, followed by the design of a tailored solution that addressed the unique challenges of their environment. We managed every aspect, from selecting and supplying the right equipment to overseeing installation and conducting rigorous testing to ensure optimal performance. The result was a robust Wi-Fi network that provided stable, high-speed connectivity across all areas, allowing TCN’s team to communicate effortlessly, monitor site activities, and manage their operations more effectively. One of the standout features of the project was the integration of a user-friendly management system, which made it easy for TCN’s staff to keep an eye on network health, troubleshoot any issues, and adjust settings to meet their changing needs. This capability not only improved day-to-day operations but also equipped TCN with the flexibility to expand and adapt the system as their business grows.
