[ESSEC Executive Program delegation - Pictures] ✨ From October 19th to 26th, we had the pleasure of hosting once again the ESSEC Executive Program delegation, welcoming around 25 senior executives on a week-long journey through Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This immersive experience was part of the General Management program, designed for leaders seeking to enrich their expertise and advance their careers. The trip began in Saudi Arabia, where, with invaluable support from the CAFS and especially Guillaume REBIERE and Lamia Alfawzan, participants enjoyed three days of discovery and networking. The second part of the trip was a total immersion in the United Arab Emirates. The journey featured: - Economic overview of the region by Jean-Baptiste Chauvel, Economic Services Head of the French Embassy, followed by - Inspiring presentations from Franck Latinier of Momentum MENA and @Jean Marc Loureau on how to do business in the UAE particularly through their success stories, which serve as an inspiration to the ESSEC students. - concluded with a cultural session on Emirati interculturalism and a desert dinner hosted by Nathalie van de Vrede from My Tour Studio Dubai. The delegation also explored how French companies grow in the Middle East, with insights from ENGIE Middle East (with Phillippa Eastgate, Niko Cornelis, Daxita Rajcoomar, Maxime Rousselet, Amir HAMRAZ, Aleya A. and Rafika BELAIDI) and Thales (with Emmanuel Legros and Romain Laliere). Participants gained an on-site perspective of KEZAD Group's approach and Olivier LAURENT welcomed us to DHL's Innovation Center for a cross view, where Chrishanthi Niluka and Yasmina Beloued shared their expertise. Additionally, Serge T. from Schneider Electric and Marc-Olivier Raio from Jashanmal Group provided cross-industry insights. The visit concluded with Mo Shadman from Chalhoub Group discussing the challenges of the GCC luxury market. We also hosted workshops: - Legal insights led by Marie-Agnès Descrozaille from ASTRUC & CO., - Digital Marketing with Yves-Michel Gabay from Gamned - HR insights from Stéphanie Mendil of Air France-KLM.
