On 21 November, we conducted a tabletop exercise on "Crisis Management & Business Continuity" at Tihama Power Office in Khobar. 💫 The scenario involved a simulated drone attack on one of our operating assets, resulting in the loss of two team members, injuries to four contract workers, significant property damage, and loss of production. This exercise provided valuable insights into the effectiveness of our written Business Continuity Plan. The crisis management team assembled to discuss their roles and responsibilities in responding to such a critical situation. Key learning points were captured, and corrective and preventive actions will be implemented to further strengthen our preparedness.
