We are currently looking for an experienced AUDIT TEAM LEADER to join our team in UAE! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -Conducting internal audit assignments, reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of departmental operations, the adequacy of financial controls and identifying other areas of improvements. -Lead small ad-hoc audit engagements from end-to-end (planning, execution and reporting). -Perform risk assessments and internal control evaluations and detect discrepancies. -Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, non-compliance with the policies and procedure/ DOA and identify areas for improvements -Ensure proper filing of working papers by obtaining sufficient evidence to support audit findings and recommendations as required by the applicable Auditing Standards/ Internal Audit Methodology. -Providing the audit management with accurate and timely Audit reports on the audit findings, including recommendations for improvement. -Perform regular follow up exercises and ensure that agreed action plans have been implemented. -Perform a daily pre-audit function, Review the supporting documentations, discussing the audit comments with the respective Department's management, and preparing the monthly pre-audit reports. -Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits and regulatory compliance assessments. -Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing. QUALIFICATIONS: -Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or a related field. -Minimum 6+ years of experience in Audit Team leading or supervisory level. -Professional certification, such as CIA, CISA, ACCA will be an advantage. -Preferably with experience in using audit software and data analytics tools “SAP”    MUST HAVE SKILLS: -Leadership and supervisory skills. -Strong understanding of IIA standards, and Accounting standards -Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. -Ability to work independently or in a team. -Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS: -Experience in conducting audits in a manufacturing industry. -Knowledge of SAP ERP system and experience with financial analysis techniques. -Experience with data analytics and visualization tools. Job Responsibilities: -Responsible for identifying new business opportunities in African markets, negotiating contracts, and coordinating shipments. -Collaborating with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. -Effectively executing customer sales covering appropriate leads generation, inquiries handling and pre-sales activities. -Identify and establish relationships with potential distributors, retailers, and other key partners in target markets -Executing the sales closing and accurate sales outcome data recording for later analysis; -Executing the acceptance and validation of the sales orders, accuracy of the customer account information and efficient processing of approved orders; -Resolving customer complaints and issues with utmost priority and focus, safeguarding organization’s prominent and positive image in the market; -Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs to drive sales growth -Introducing new products into the market, either for initial market assessment purpose or as regular product sale; -Develop potential channels for maximizing the volume of new lines.
