This year, we went all in, we aimed high, and we lived intensely. ✨ We kicked it off in style with our amazing Gala, where our teams from all 7 offices around the world came together for an unforgettable moment. ⚡ We earned a well-deserved spot on the Great Place to Work® Belgium list (yes, really!). 😉 🚀 Then, our CEOs set off for Dubai, opening up new horizons. A pivotal moment for Gentis’ future. 🎯 We launched the global end-of-month talks, these meetings where we take the time to highlight those who made a difference during the month. 🌍 We rewarded our teams worldwide with dream trips – from Egypt to Thailand, Iceland, and not forgetting the highly anticipated Ski trip. 🎂 At the Montreal office, we celebrated our 1st anniversary. 📊 We rolled out our ROWE strategy (Results-Oriented Work Environment), which has truly transformed how we work. Complete flexibility, based on trust and results, and it works! 💪 Many Gentigers were promoted and took on new responsibilities. Congratulations to them! 📍 We welcomed Cindy Jax, our new Director of the Luxembourg office. She not only built the team but also injected new energy, helping this office take off. 🏆 Our CEO Stéphanie Reniers 🍀 won the prestigious Nuit des Entrepreneurs Inspirants award. A well-deserved recognition for her leadership and vision! 🎄 And we wrapped up the year with a festive touch, featuring our Advent calendar full of surprises and gifts under the tree, plus our Secret Santa lunch in all offices. Thank you, 2024, you’ve been amazing. 2025, we’re ready for you with even more projects and moments to share. And above all, the adventure is just getting started. And what about you?
