Not really. 😉 Here’s why 👇 Traditional interviews often turn into performances where candidates focus more on "acing the interview" than genuinely understanding the role being offered. 💼 What matters to us at Gentis is meeting candidates who genuinely care about the content of the job, rather than simply trying to "win" the interview. 🤝 That’s why we’ve reimagined our recruitment process: ➡ A half-day immersion to test the job in real-world conditions. ➡ A reverse interview where the candidate becomes the recruiter and can ask as many questions as they want. 🤔 In this setup, the interview could last just a few minutes if there are no questions or up to two hours if there are plenty. 🤩 We’re often surprised by some of the personal questions candidates ask. But we truly appreciate critical ones like, "Why shouldn’t I work at Gentis?" 💡 These questions deepen the discussion and challenge our perspectives. Yesterday, a strange magic took over Gentis offices all around the world… 🎃 👻 Gentigers turned into spooky and fun creatures, ready to cause chaos (and loads of laughs) all day long. Each office showed off their creative costumes, and the atmosphere was full of chills and laughter until the sun went down.🌓 To end this memorable week, the Halloween party brought everyone together with costumes and scary films for the bravest, before heading off for a well-deserved long weekend. ✨ At Gentis, even nightmares turn into memories we’ll never forget! 😆

They're here, but you hardly ever see them... They might not always be in the spotlight, but they are absolutely essential: our BACK OFFICE. ✨ These behind-the-scenes experts handle everything that keeps the company running, and without them, nothing would work as well. Today, we're shining a light on them! 🎉 They take care of admin tasks, make sure all the contracts are perfect, keep our finances in check, and help organize our workspace. Their support is crucial in every department. 💪 💡 Think of an orchestra without a conductor or a car without an engine... impossible, right? Well, that’s what Gentis would be without our back office! So today, let’s give them a big thank you. After all, without them, who would reply to our emails and save our deadlines at the last minute? 🙌
