It's time for GroupM MENA’s 2024 annual reviews, and meetings with my team, have provided noteworthy reflections. In one of my earlier posts this year, I talked about our goal to increase women's representation in our Exco team to 50%; we're currently at 45%. What I've witnessed this year is that women have the skills and experience necessary to lead, and the enormous impact they are able to make on an organization when given the responsibility. Changing the make-up of our leadership team required practical actions and commitments including: rewriting job descriptions, building trust through transparent communication, and measuring performance based on output. Making those changes led to real progress in 2024, which will continue in 2025 and ongoing.

What an incredible and rewarding night. Hard work, late hours, and dedication have truly paid off with outstanding results.
