#throwbackthursday We worked closely with the design teams in Todd Architects and Graham Interior Fit-Out on this extensive refurbishment project on what was said to be one of BT’s most significant investments in any site in Ireland. Known as Riverside Tower, the existing 13-storey structure at Lanyon Place in Belfast was upgraded with new facilities and services including state of the art meeting rooms, workstations and communal areas designed by Todd Architects. We worked closely with Todd Architects on the specification and delivery an integrated timber door, swing and sliding door automation, electric locking and hardware solution throughout the entire building. #throwbackthursday We worked closely with the design team on a detailed specification for this healthcare project. We created an integrated access strategy combining access control with electro-mechanical locking and door automation to facilitate secure access for staff and to manage the flow of people throughout the building. We also provided a bespoke master key system for maximum security and control of access to restricted areas within the building. The project consisted of a substantial extension to the existing healthcare building. With our partners in Elite Doors we were able to provide a range of high performance doorsets to meet the needs of the building and its many users across the lower and upper floors in the building. These high performance doorsets were provided with integrated ironmongery, automation and access control as appropriate in a variety of finishes including PVC-u and laminate.
