Alison joins us with over a decade of expertise in marketing, brand strategy, and digital innovation across hospitality, retail, and skincare industries. Previously, as Cluster Director of Marketing at Marriott Hotel Johannesburg, she led marketing strategies across four distinct brands, driving revenue growth, elevating brand visibility, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Her achievements include the #Marriott_EMEA_Elite_Award for Hotel Marketing of the Year (2023) and a successful task force leadership in #Kigali (2024). With a BCom Honours in Marketing Management and certifications in Digital Marketing, Alison combines academic excellence with hands-on experience.
