#DubaiArbitrationWeek2024 has begun! Al Tamimi & Company's Georgina Munnik participated in the final debate of the Annual Debate Series. She, alongside Jeremy Russell from Beale & Co, opposed the motion: "The impact of AI on arbitration is a distant pipedream, not an imminent reality." Their arguments highlighted the immediate and transformative role of AI in arbitration. The debate, moderated by Farhan Shafi of Blanke Arbitration, offered a dynamic discussion on AI's influence in the legal field.
