The check in process with quick and smooth with the assistance of 小吴⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A 6 year old hotel but maintenance is great that I would actually think it’s a 2-3year old hotel. Room was a decent size with ample space to manage luggage and shopping goods. I had good sleep on all nights in the hotel, the bed, pillow was really comfortable. Location wise it’s a stone’s throw away from chunxi road with IFS and Taikooli just around the corner. At night there are food stalls just around the hotel entrance so perfect to try some local street food. The first night, we encountered some issues with the centralized aircon which was swiftly and professionally managed by 刘棚. He ensured that we had a comfortable stay, and was very patient throughout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Follow up was done by 小吴via WeChat to make sure we are good and comfortable with the new room. the hotel is definitely worth the stay, but the best asset would definitely be both 刘棚 and 小吴， I too wish I could hire staff that are so professional and dedicated as both of them. The location and the cleanliness was excellent. It was easy to find the hotel because it was located near to IFS Building. We booked for 3 rooms and spent 2 nights there before explore the National Park on Nov 4-6. After checked in successfully the kind male staff accompanied us to the room, it was quite difficult to reach to our room because there were two buildings and we had to take another elevator to go to our rooms. But the overall experience was great. The room size not too big but it was ok for us. The cleanliness was great but there was one room got a bad smell of cigarette but after I noticed the receptionist, she acknowledged and prepared the new room and sent 2 luggages to the new rooms for us. I recommended everyone who prefers the great location and easy to reach to the attraction places in downtown to stay in this lovely hotel.

The breakfast is good and what surprises me is the special seafood buffet dinner with 100Y discount, there are many live seafood and hotpot to consume, well worth it. The disappointing part is the air conditioning in the room. It is always at 27 degC... freaking stuffy and warm. I couldn't sleep well the whole night and I was sweating. The air condition is actually not working and they preset it centralized and there is just hot air. I complaint and was given one cooling fan bit it didn't worked still hot and I complain again and was given a second cooling fan, still didn't work. It is very very frustrating. The reason I was told by the front desk is that they are servicing the air conditioner so they have to shut it down... like SERIOUSLY..?? I lover everything about this hotel but the air conditioning problem is a big NO NO...!!!

The hotel is elegantly designed. Room is quiet and well heated in the winter. The hotel receptionist, 小罗, is very helpful and provided good ideas for sightseeing. Place is conveniently located near the metro, making moving around hassle free.

A very strategy location near, railway station and mall. Convenient for looking local food and shopping. Excellent staff which provide extra mile service. Strongly recomended.

We stayed here for 4 nights, great location, walking distance to IFS, Chunxi Road, Tai Kooli. The room is huge, but breakfast selection are limited and repeated daily. Suggest to provide ceramic mugs in room, instead of providing paper cups

Nana. We booked a suite room for 3 night here. The room was listed for 3 people but it was spacious enough for 4 people to stay in comfortably. The facility in the room worked normally and the staff are helpful even if some of them doesn't speak English.

I have stayed in two similar budget hotel around tianfu square Hello hotel (你好）around usd 30 a night and this hidden house hotel (隐栖）around usd 35 a night Room and hotel design - i would say both have its unique design, hello hotel is more modern and hidden house is more muji, both are clean and serve with ai However hidden house has bigger room space and higher ceiling Breakfast - no other hotel beats hello hotel, if u are looking for a fantastic start of the day with good and various type of breakfast u should go for hello hotel, hidden house is not doing that good in this Amenities - hello hotel only have one lift it may take u some time waiting for the lift and hidden house got 2 lift which is much convenient, they both have free washing facilities with self service, but i would prefer hello hotel washing facilities

We booked a family room for 2 adults and a 10 yo kid. The room is clean and well designed. The amenities in the hotel is quite complete like laundry room free of charge. Detergent is not provided, however, customer can purchase detergent capsule at CNY5 from the counter at the hotel lobby. There are convenient store and MCD outside hotel building. The hotel also provides a good selection in their breakfast menu which caters customers traveling from western countries. The location of hotel is great, walking distance to national park entrance.

I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel.
