this hostel is PERFECT for non chinese visitors. everyone in the staff speak english which is not common at all in china and extremely useful. The hostel resembles a lot the nice hostels you find in europe and there is the possibility to leave your luggages for up to 15days. The location is great it's very close to subway line 2 and 3 which can be used to reach the pandas research base. The only downside was that i found some small bugs underneath my flipflop in the shower but there was an extra pair in my room so it was fine.

The hotel location is excellent. There are lots of restaurants and minimarts nearby. It is also within walking distance to metro stations. There are daily cleaning services and water provided daulily. However, there is no kitchen amenities as stated in Trip.com. The black chicken noodle next to the hotel check in counter is super yummy.

It’s my second time here. I saw many complaints about the foul smell because of the renovation in the review section. The first floor stills smells like drainage. But the room I stayed was ok. There was no smell coming from the toilet either. However, there was a crack in the ceiling so the ceiling rock fell down on the bed and was dusty when I entered the room. Also they had the window open - but as there is no web for bug protection - a lot of leaves and some insects entered the room and was on the floor. Overall it was a good stay. However, when I visited here during winter the shower water was hot enough to take a good shower. But yesterday, the water was very cold. And I was already wet to call for help. There was also ***** hair on the desk but I cleared it away… Still there are alot of amenities and the staff can speak a bit of english.

I love this hotel. Owner which I saw on the last day who help drop me at the bus station. Before I went, I continuously communicated with him and get quite a quick response and support especially booking 9 seat van from Chengdu (which need Chinese local phone number.) And when I reached the hotel, all staff member especially front desk lady give an English brief about the hotel, serve the food, manage with other staff to bring the luggage to the second floor, etc. She also booked the 9 seat van for the day back to Chengdu. I can notice that all staffs (some can also speak English) includes work really deligently with professionalism which make themselves differ from other small hotel. As for the room, it is absolutely well design with heat floor, great space, and good bathroom. All amenities are sufficient. Water and gooseberry soft drink (taste very good) are served each day. Only thing that I miss as a single traveller is hot pot due to too big of the portion : (

I give this hotel 10/10, especially to the guy who helped me navigate the city! I took a taxi to the hotel for 80 yuan and the guy at the hotel told me that it was expensive and I was deceived. He helped me order a taxi from the hotel to the city and in the evening when I was returning I texted him and he also helped me order a taxi. Since I didn't have apps for ordering taxis and subway maps in China, this guy from the hotel helped me make up a subway route and I successfully got to the city center. In the morning, he took me to the airport and other residents and did not take any money at all. I was shocked by such hospitality, it is a wonderful and comfortable hotel and wonderful service! I recommend that anyone who, like me, wants to take a walk in the city for one or two days in transit stay at this hotel! It's new - you can see it from the rooms, I have one photo left - I took photos of the panels on the walls because I liked the design!

The staffs were helpful and nice. Pls note if u stay on 4th floor there’s only lift until 3rd floor and need climb stairs. They have 1 washing machine outside hotel but no dryer. Spotted My room with 1-2 dying wasps/bees but it wasn’t much of issue through the stay.. basic facilities wise were sufficient for me 2 night stay. Bed was abit hard and blanket was abit heavy. Bathroom door had a bit seen through coz the sticker fell off. Have restaurants nearby, but I suspect the restaurant next to this hotel (exit to the right) gave me food poisoning ( plz avoid that 1 shop that sell both hotpot and chongqing food, the staffs only smile at ppl who enter their shop and keep walking away halfway while taking order of our food 😑 she even recommended to try their hotpot which is more expensive but we don want)

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The space was excellent, conveniently located next to the metro station. The hotel was surrounded by several restaurants and grocery shops, and daily cleaning was provided. Highly recommended, and I'll stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

Friendly & helpful service crew. Location is good. About 10-15 mins walk to IFS. There are good food places just in the area. The hotel is a little hard to find as they are only located at level 13. A small door that leads to the lift to the hotel. Cleanliness wise needs improvement. The aircon is centralised aircon. Not all rooms have a sitting platform.

Stayed 4 nights in 2 person dorm Expectation/Reality: you have to manage your expectations when you pay about 40RMB a night for a place. Compared to the photos, they are generally consistent, other than the bathrooms. The air conditioner worked for the first 2 nights and broke the last 2 nights. Security: very secure, it’s on the 4th floor with 24/7 person at the desk, the room has a lock and there are good quality lockers in the bunks. Hygiene: this is where the cracks are. Hygiene is very low in the public places. The bathrooms are like a frat house and the garbage around the shared spaces might get cleaned once a day. In the morning there was a dirty cup on the dining room table and when I got back in the evening it was still there. The toilets get clogged and over flow with no one fixing it for a long time, the showers need to be bleached. The private bunk area I was in was perfectly fine and clean. Hospitality: the folks at the desk are very young, maybe early 20’s. I asked for a bowl to eat my cereal in the morning and the kid offered me a used plastic bowl and said I had to clean it myself, so I took a glass cup. When I asked to extend my stay, the kid was playing video games while talking to me and told me to do it myself online. There was one guy who was helpful, but it generally seems like the attendants are just too young to be very professional. Social Atmosphere: quite good, there’s usually plenty of folks lounging around and there is a lot of public places, so lots of opportunity to meet and chat with people. Overall: if you’re on a budget and can tolerate camping level hygiene in the showers and toilets, then this place is adequate. It’s very close to the main subway lines and there’s lots of activities and food options very close by. The public areas are social and it has everything a traveler really needs, certainly no frills. If the bathrooms were cleaned more frequently and the public areas cleaned more frequently this place would be excellent.

I would stay here again! - Location: it's insane how convenient this hotel is located. You can literally see the hotel building right after exiting the subway gate. I've never stayed so closed to subway. It's 50m walk from subway station and just one metro station away from Chunxi. - Service: the reception is easy to find and very helpful, friendly. - Room condition: room is clean and the bed is very very comfortable. I have to take a photo of the mattress so I can find one like that for my bedroom, never slept in such comfortable mattress. - Sound insulation: sound insulation is always a problem in China hotels. I booked this hotel because bedroom is a lofe, the bed is one floor up from door so it's quieter to sleep. You can sometimes hear people talking in the hallway and closing door though, but not annoying

Clean and modern facilities with decent curtains, comfy beds, and private lockers. The other guests are also really friendly and keen to meet new people. I thought the music they played in the bathrooms and the little extras was a nice touch. The staff are also really friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Felix! Eleven the dog is also adorable, he's like a welcome mat that's alive 哈哈

It's very clean, the space is well set up, and the water pressure in the bathroom is very good; the staff at the counter are very nice and help solve the problem of Pad screen projection! It's very convenient to take the airport bus line 1.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Jiuzhaigou and it's about an 8-minute taxi ride to the venue for Zhang Yimou's musical show. - If you arrive by bus from Huanglongjiuhai Station, you can ask the bus to stop at Chengfeng Bus Stop. Cross the road and walk 200 meters to the right. Enter the gate, and the hotel is in the third building on the left. - I would like to give 5 stars for the service and information guidance: the staff were always helpful, quick, and provided complete information. The prices were always cheaper than if I had bought them myself.

Recommended place to stay near Dagu Glacier This hotel is around 6km from Dagu, worth the price! Amenities are complete (toothbrushes, shampoo, soap, towels, etc. as written on the booking page.. although it would be great if they can provide tea/ coffee in the room to enjoy the view in the morning ). The room was very big for 2 people. It's clean and the bed has a heater in it, the AC also works well. The shower was also great, no heating problem or small water. Although the floor doesn't have heater. there are slippers that can be used around the room. The lady on the frontdesk was very accomodating and very friendly. Really appreciate it! The check in process was very easy for foreigners like us. Overall. it was a great stay. and if we’re going back to Dagu, we would love to stay here again.

I compared hotels around Bipenggou on Ctrip and finally decided on Fengting Yuexie Hotel. After checking in, the hotel service was very good. The room was very quiet. The facilities in the room were Chinese style with a retro style, which was relatively warm. The floor heating effect was very good. If there were any questions, I would ask the guy at the front desk and he would solve them immediately. The free breakfast provided by the hotel was rich in variety and delicious. The hotel had convenient parking and was very close to the Bipenggou Visitor Center, which was only a few minutes' walk away. Our whole family liked this stay very much. It was cost-effective and worth recommending.

The hotel was new, high-technology and the bed was good however it was not a comfortable stay. Light in front of the bathroom is sensor light so it was constantly on and off when you moving on the bed. Hotel doesn’t use real towel so you have to use the bath robe instead and it is smell of smoke. The hotel was overbooked so they decided to downgrade one of my room saying that I booked lower than the standard rate and my room should be downgraded. That’s made there are no spaces to open the luggage. The owner does not understand the fact that guest should get the room type that they booked no matter the price they paid.

I am so happy to live in such a standard homestay in this remote area! Although it is a homestay, the specifications are up to hotel standards. The price-performance ratio is too high... The most important thing is that the boss is so generous. The underground first floor is the parking area. There is an elevator directly up. It is hard to walk in the plateau area, let alone climb the stairs with a suitcase. I like the boss's thoughtfulness 👍 and recommend everyone to stay here! The rooms with balconies can see the snow-capped mountains! There is a restaurant on the fourth floor, and the yak beef hotpot is delicious!

Very polite , friendly and helpful staff ( they helped us a lot with dealing with our transfer difficulties). Good location ( close to bus stop and to the entrance to scenic area). Clean room.

Friendly owner who provides good services. He provides transportation to bus station and tourist attractions area at our convenient time. Just a phone call away for such service, tumbs up for it! Convenient store and many eateries shops are around the corner too. Recommend to stay in this place !!

Hygiene: The surface is okay, but there are red marks on the towels. I don't know if they are blood or something. . Facilities: The water flow in the shower is too small, and the drainage outlet is not smooth. Environment: The sound insulation is very poor, the sounds in the corridor can be heard clearly Service: The boss is nice. He helps with luggage and delivers it to Mizoguchi in the morning. Forgot to take pictures There are many shortcomings mentioned, but I guess they are similar to those in the same price range. Overall, there is no problem for a one-night stay.

It was a very satisfying trip. Jiuzhaigou is super beautiful. I will definitely come again if I have the chance in the future!

The homestay is very close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. I suggest friends who want to stay at the entrance of the valley to consider it! Fortunately, I found Yalaso Homestay during the National Day holiday in Jiuzhaigou. The price did not increase outrageously. The room was decorated very warmly and felt like home. The proprietress was very nice. I left my headphones in the room and contacted the proprietress to help mail them back. I can't thank her enough. Although the headphones are not worth much, the proprietress's character is more valuable! ! If I have the chance to go to Jiuzhaigou, I will stay here again!
