ATTC – Austrian Traffic Telematics Cluster hat dies direkt geteilt
What a week! 🚀 Before Carinthia Innovates, I spent Tuesday at the ATTC – Austrian Traffic Telematics Cluster Trade Fair in the ÖBB Open Innovation Factory in Vienna—an incredibly inspiring location for collaboration and creativity. The focus of the event was on “AI” in mobility. There were countless exciting innovations, from the ÖBBs chatbot for handling their countless regulations to ASFINAGs intelligent truck parking spot locator. What stood out most to me was the increasing interconnection between solutions: systems that not only interact with one another but also bridge the gap between departments like urban planning, transport, and environmental management, which still often operate in silos. While many of the showcased solutions focused on infrastructure data or vehicle-based insights, the growing importance of V2X and I2X communication was clear. These technologies are becoming central to creating smarter, more integrated mobility systems and the captured data from infrastructure, cars or other sources, get more and more relevant in actual use-cases. Our digital twin fits perfectly into this trend. By fusing data from various sensors, serving as a central repository for documentation, and enabling simulation and planning, it offers an ideal platform to unite and enhance these solutions. It’s exciting to see how much innovation and collaboration are shaping the future of mobility!
