Workshop on CAA management system implementation best practices and tools completed today in Vienna. This Eastern Partnership project activity (project funded by the European Union and implemented by EASA) wouldn't be possible without the knowledge skills and amazing work of the experts from Austro Control international: Mario Lenitz, Raul Ortiz de Urbina, Franz Graser, Jagritsch Wilhelm, Sarah-Louisa Bölter, Stephanie Bernhard, Umra Uddin and others. Many thanks to the participants from the aviation authorities from the region: Nazim Ziyadov, Veriko Bakhtadze, Tornike Tsintsalashvili, Alisa Kovalova, Tamar Lutidze, Marika (Maka) Khutsishvili, Vasile Saramet, Stepan Payaslyan, Milena Karapetyan, Elena Voscoboinic, Gasham Abbasov, Mikayel Zalinyan, Dorin Dolghi. It was really nice to spend five days on discussions on various aspects of management of a CAA and how to put them in practice.

Yesterday, we had the privilege of participating in an incredibly engaging and insightful workshop where we gained a wealth of new knowledge and eye-opening perspectives on employee motivation and communication. The workshop was based on the EASI typology, which provided us with a fascinating approach to understanding behavior and motivation. A heartfelt thank you to Bernhard Dworak ✔ from Master Human Resources Consulting GmbH for guiding us through this inspiring experience! With the EASI typology, behaviors and motivations are analyzed, compared, and visualized in a way that offers a highly effective framework for personnel development. We can highly recommend this workshop to anyone seeking fresh insights and practical tools for enhancing teamwork and motivation!
