HIRSCH Porozell GmbH and THERMOZELL Entwicklungs- und Vertriebs GmbH We have 50 years of experience in the EPS and EPP industry and since 2019 we also manufacture products made of molded pulp. Our products have wide-ranging applications including packaging, insulation, shaped-molded parts for industrial use, custom solutions and levelling bulk material. Top quality, reliability, perfect logistics and a high capacity for innovation are our hallmarks. PACKAGING Custom protection and packaging solutions not only guarantee safe shipment for delicate or sensitive products but also makes people's lives safer, e.g. child car seats and helmets. PARTS WITH SPECIAL MATERIAL DENSITIES Higher material densities, for example for load-bearing surfaces, enable heavy products to be stacked and are an advantage in warehouse logistics. Parts for personal protection are also molded with higher density materials at certain points or in specific areas to comply with ECE requirements. PARTS FOR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS In close cooperation with our customers we develop and produce industrial solutions that frequently open up new fields of application. Shaped-molded parts with inserts made of various materials, boiler and cistern insulation, and valve guards are just some examples. INSULATION EPS is an ideal ecological construction material for new build and renovation. Irrespective of whether for inner or outer walls, roofs, ceilings, floors, swimming pool blocks or insulating lightweight concrete, we develop innovative solutions of the highest quality. Our customers also benefit from great flexibility in logistics. LEVELLING BULK Through the process developed and patented by us, a high-quality primary building material is created again from a recycled or secondary building material with building authority approval, which is used especially in the field of building construction as a heat-insulating, high-strength and high-quality levelling bulk material.

🌿 Hohes Einsparpotenzial: Wärmedämmung lohnt sich 🌟 Mehr als zwei Drittel der Energie in unseren Häusern werden für das Heizen verbraucht. Eine energetische Sanierung kann diesen Anteil deutlich reduzieren. Sie verhindert, dass teuer bezahlte Heizenergie ungenutzt nach außen entweichen kann. ❄️🏡 Allein durch die Dämmung der Gebäudehülle lässt sich der Endenergieverbrauch um bis zu 40 % senken.
