🎮 Last month, we had the pleasure of presenting our research on #art and #games at the 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗚 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 organized by Zentrum für Angewandte Spieleforschung in the beautiful Vienna City Hall 😍 Our talk, with the title "𝘚𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘋𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘱𝘪𝘢𝘴: 𝘈𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘎𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘛𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘰𝘴", focused on how artists from the postwar period and today’s game developers use surreal worlds and elements to reflect on the human condition in times of chaos.
