"𝗜𝗡 𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚, 𝗪𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗧𝗢𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 – 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗟𝗢𝗪𝗦" WHAT IS THE SUCCESS STORY BEHIND MAXIMILIAN GÖTZ?    One decision has definitely influenced Maximilian Götz's life: the right career choice. Max started his apprenticeship at KTM as a motorcycle technician in 2019. His fascination with motorcycles and racing gave him the drive to make the leap from apprentice to MotoGP racing mechanic. The foundation was laid in 2021 with his participation in the "KTM Young Professional" program. The aim of this program is to train young talents from within the company. Max stood out against 14 other applicants and secured a wildcard for the Rookies Cup.  Max has clearly pursued his goal with a lot of commitment and motivation. Step by step, he has managed to gain a foothold in the world of motorsports and, with the necessary ambition, become part of the MotoGP team.  𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝘁! 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺? I love my job. As a team, we harmonize wonderfully. We have a lot of fun together – but when it counts, every one of us is focused. On the racetrack, we all fight together – with all the ups and downs. That brings us closer together.  𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗧𝗠 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂? Even during my apprenticeship, I was always supported by my colleagues and supervisors so that I could go my way. They believed in me.
