🌟Since this article was kindly published by LT-Innovate I have had opportunities to get reactions and questions during calls and meetings. Interestingly, yet not surprisingly, most comments have been focused on three strategic goals and tactical priorities regarding AI-driven roadmaps which are articulated around the winning combination of people, processes and technology⬇️
1️⃣PEOPLE should COLLABORATE across functions, roles and disciplines. This is applicable to upstream AI as well when language experts, data scientists and developers join their forces and expertise🤝
2️⃣PROCESSES should be designed or adapted to CREATE value. This is the primary reason why multilingual content management should be elevated and integrated in global content operations or in content supply chains or whatever you call the space where content related activities are planned, resourced and executed in a unified way. Ultimately, clients purchase content - in a product or in a service - that delivers an experience. This is the value for them🙏
3️⃣TECHNOLOGY should ensure agility and security to ACCELERATE the leverage of machine intelligence boosting language intelligence. Enhanced asset management, (language) data strategy, open source and specialized models are essential milestones in generative AI roadmaps and effectiveness enablers👏
🔥Exciting times, challenging times, rewarding times!
