We are proud to share the success of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) & MAA Joint Event, "Pathways to Excellence: Growth, Skills, and Perspectives in Arbitration", held on November 24, 2024. The first panel “Understanding Arbitrators' Perspectives: What Moot and Real Arbitrators Look For” focused on experienced arbitrators' insights on preparing and conducting international arbitration effectively. The second panel “The Future of International Arbitration: Emerging Trends and Needs” delved into the landscape and trends in different jurisdictions, and diversity in culture, gender and age. Representing MAA, Dr. Navin G. Ahuja, FCIArb FAIADR and Haowen (Daisy) Chen delivered a welcome remark and facilitated engaging discussions with industry leaders. With over 50,000 views, the event highlighted the dynamic trends shaping international arbitration. Thank you to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), our distinguished speakers, and attendees for making this event a resounding success!
