Celebrating the Completion of the MPG Leadership Training Program! 🎉 We’re proud to honor 16 of our leaders who have successfully completed our intensive leadership training program. Over the course of 7 modules, specialized workshops, and peer group coaching, participants developed critical skills for modern leadership – from conflict management and self-leadership to navigating change. A key milestone was the co-creation of our Leadership Values, which now serve as a compass for our leadership practices. The incredible feedback from our participants inspires us to continue fostering leadership excellence: next year, two new groups will embark on this journey, supported by our Talent Management Department and our newly certified Buddies! Behind the Scenes: Onboarding at MPG! 🚀 Today, we're giving you a glimpse into Hanni Hritcu’s first day with us! She started off with a warm welcome from her personal Onboarding Buddy, Melanie, who greeted her at reception - making sure Hanni felt right at home from the get-go. 😊 After a friendly introduction, Hanni, along with all new colleagues, attended an orientation session on MPG basics and IT security, which set her up for a confident and secure start. Lunchtime brought Hanni and Melanie to nullneun, our go-to spot for a delicious meal. On the menu: braised pork with wine sauerkraut and bread dumplings (an admittedly very hearty meal 😊). Even better? Lunch was on us, thanks to the Buddy Voucher! 🍽️ Re-energized, Hanni met her new team, got comfortable at her workspace, and wrapped up a day filled with new faces and friendly conversations.
