Let us tell you a story Once upon a time, back in the early 90s, there was a family with a vision. They believed in finding a solution to the ever-growing Great Pacific Garbage Patch. As the owners of a small company selling packaging materials, they were determined to make a difference with their products. Their mission began with a focus on the tube netting used for fruit and vegetables. 🍊 🍋 After an initial trial with just 30kg of yarn, the company, committed to reducing plastic waste. This dedication has been the cornerstone of our efforts ever since. Fast forward 30 years and thousands of tons of yarn later, our dedication to this goal remains unwavering. To streamline our efforts and resources, we have merged our trading company, VPZ Verpackungszentrum GmbH, with our production company, Packnatur Entwicklungs- und Produktions GmbH. As of July 1, we are now Packnatur GmbH. What has changed? Besides our name, which is now easier to pronounce 😉, not much.
