uniforce is Austria's Junior Enterprise of the Year 2024 🏆❤️🇦🇹 We could not be prouder to announce that uniforce has won the title "Junior Enterprise of the Year" and the "Most impactful Project" award at the Junior Enterprises Austria Conference 2024. 🚀 What an incredible time we had at Startup 101: Your Guide to Launching Your Idea! 🚀 On October 3rd, we brought together aspiring founders and entrepreneurial minds for an inspiring and insightful session. With James Langer as host, we were honored to welcome Dr. Cornelia Habacher (Project Manager at Austria Wirtschaftsservice & Co-founder of Rebel Meat), Kyle Yong (Co-founder & CEO of EnergyTrack and Michael Kowatschew (Founder of Heizma for a dynamic panel discussion that left everyone motivated and informed. 🧑💼 Cornelia shared her experience creating sustainable and healthier meat alternatives through Rebel Meat, 🌱🍔, while Kyle inspired us with his vision of reducing electricity waste through smarter energy consumption at Energytrack 🌍⚡. Michael rounded out the session with his passion for making Austrian homes climate-neutral by replacing fossil fuel heating systems with heat pumps ♻️🔥. The live Q&A brought out some excellent questions, and our speakers were fantastic in providing insightful, practical advice for every aspiring entrepreneur in attendance. A huge thank you to Cornelia, Kyle, and Michael for sharing their stories and expertise with us. 🙌🏻 And of course, a big shoutout to everyone who joined—your enthusiasm made the event truly special! Coming from a STEM background, business consulting wasn't initially on my radar as a career option. During my studies, I wasn’t really aware of the diverse opportunities within this field. uniforce became my entry point into consulting, and I applied out of curiosity to explore what student consulting had to offer. I saw it as a chance to gain practical experience in a supportive environment alongside my studies. uniforce turned out to be exactly that—and so much more. Not only does it provide the opportunity to work as a consultant on a wide range of projects, but it also allows you to take on internal roles. As someone at uniforce once described it to me, it's like a "playground" where you can experiment, take responsibility, and make an impact in a safe, constructive space. I couldn't agree more. I highly recommend taking on this kind of challenge. It offers invaluable experience for your career and personal development, and you’ll also connect with a vibrant community of creative students at uniforce.
