Registration Open – Experiences from the Field: Insights from FAI Arbitrators and Finnish Arbitration Practitioners The Finland Arbitration Institute invites you to the third and final episode of the FAI Webinar Series, organized in connection with the 32nd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and 22nd Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot. The webinar will air on Friday, 13 December 2024, at 3:00 PM EET (UTC+2). In this final episode, arbitration practitioners Julia Pekkala (moderator), Markus Manninen, Paula Airas, and Teemu Auressalmi will draw on their experiences as counsel and arbitrators in FAI arbitrations. They will share their personal perspectives and reflections on themes such as jurisdictional disputes and the admissibility of evidence.
