✨ Day 2 of the ISPE Future Leaders Days 2024 – A Perfect Conclusion! ✨ The second day of the Future Leaders Days began with inspiring keynote presentations, including Andreas Schumacher's thought-provoking talk on “AI Meets Industrial Reality – Evolution Rather Than Revolution.” 🚀 This was followed by a captivating panel discussion focusing on the use of AI in the pharmaceutical industry, offering diverse perspectives on this exciting topic. In the afternoon, various workshops were held, including an engaging Negotiation Workshop, organized in collaboration with Women in Pharma ISPE D/A/CH. Vanessa Akpore from Takeda guided participants through an interactive session, sharing practical tips and tricks to enhance essential negotiation skills. Another highlight of the day was a site tour at the impressive Boehringer Ingelheim facility, which offered valuable insights into their operations. After two amazing days filled with knowledge-sharing, networking, and inspiration, the Future Leaders Days 2024 came to a close. Highlights from Day 1 of the ISPE Future Leaders Days 🌟 Day 1 was a resounding success, thanks to the incredible efforts of the ISPE Emerging Leaders Organization Team, including our VTU colleagues Valentin Kohl and Moritz Unterberger. The day featured inspiring talks from experts in the pharmaceutical industry, all centered around the topic "Challenge the Change." A standout presentation by Timur A. focused on "Plug and Produce instead of Plug and Pray," exploring the design of multipurpose facilities within a flexible modular system using the ISA S88 standard. In the afternoon, students and young professionals had the chance to connect at the VTU booth, where Manuel Krause and Hilal Atarlar Yamaner provided valuable insights.
