It is great to see #Australianmanufacturer Harvest B continue to grow and take its leading, locally made products to the world! It seems like just yesterday (despite it being almost two years ago) Harvest B and its team were celebrating the openning of its Penrith facility with Minister Ed Husic MP and AMGC, following the completion of its AMGC project - More here: https://lnkd.in/gmECGjt3. In those two years, Harvest B hasn't stopped innovating, growing its product portfolio, expanding its local and export markets, and critically its contribution to Australian prosperity. From little things big things grow! Congratulations to all, a worthy recipient of #IndustryGrowthProgram support. Department of Industry, Science and Resources The Hon. Anoulack Chanthivong MP #Australianmanufacturers Jens Goennemann Paul Cooper
Making wheat taste like meat? For real? Taking a product from Western Sydney to the world, Harvest B is using its smarts to process Australian wheat into protein. The world’s population keeps growing and it needs new sources of protein - and Harvest B is stepping up with help via the Federal Government's Industry Growth Program. (And I can vouch for the fact their product is seriously delicious as well 🤤) I wanted to call and share my congratulations with this amazing team. Thanks for your time Kristi Knaack Riordan Alfred Lo and Daniel Mullette Don’t know if we nailed the selfie though! 🤣

This month’s AMGC Industry Edge includes a message from Jens Goennemann discussing recent visits to #localmanufacturers around Australia and forming partnerships with State and Territory governments. The newsletter also details an #industryroundtable with Federal Member for Fowler, Dai Le MP and her efforts to represent the interests of small-to-medium (SME) sized manufacturers. Speaking of SMEs, you can also read about Queensland-based manufacturer, Laronix that has commercialised the world’s first smart natural-sounding artificial non-invasive voice-box.
