About us
Archer Office is an award winning architecture and design practice based in Surry Hills, Sydney. The practice is currently working across a broad range of projects for public, commercial and private clients. We believe that excellent design outcomes emerge from a collaborative approach, whereby clients and the project team work together to develop a shared understanding of the problem to inform a robust architectural response. It is through this iterative process of analysis and production that new and unforeseen outcomes are borne. Archer Office is prequalified under the NSW Government Architect’s Strategy and Design Excellence Scheme, and in 2016 was selected for the annual Wallpaper Architects’ Directory, as one of 20 emerging practices from around the world, and the only practice from Australia. In 2017, Archer Office and practice Director Tomek Archer received the Emerging Architect Prize from the Australian Institute of Architects NSW Chapter. Archer Office also received the national Workplace award and commercial Best of State awards at the Australian Interior Design Awards, and commendations in both Heritage and Interior categories at the Australian Institute of Architects NSW Chapter Awards.
