Dean Capobianco, Geoscape Australia – Dean shared how Geoscape has transformed from data curator to solution provider, applying geospatial data to solve customer challenges and demonstrating the value of location intelligence in a nationally consistent property data framework. Eamon Mooney, NSW Land Registry Services & ALRO – Representing ALRO’s collective mission, Eamon explained how a nationally aligned strategy for property data benefits both the industry and consumers. He emphasised ALRO’s commitment to creating new solutions that work across borders to better serve the modern, mobile Australian customer. The audience brought their own challenges and ideas, highlighting the difficulties of scaling across states, the hurdles start-ups face in connecting data to customers, and the barriers of the current state-based system.
