Thank you Coogee Beach! 🥂🏖️🍷 Last Saturday we hosted the first event in Sydney in almost two years for our Limited Release Launch at the coastal venue, Shutters, on Coogee Beach. Hosted by our Chief Winemaker, Richard, accompanied by Wine Club Coordinator, Chloe, and Sales & Experiences Agent, Jayson, the event began with many glasses of our NV Cuvee upon arrival, fresh oysters and variety of canapes, followed by a three-course meal with paired wines and a Bimbadgen cocktail (or two) to cap off the event! Among the paired wines, we uncorked and served the very first bottles from our brand-new Limited Release range, 2023 Pinot Gris and 2023 Sangiovese, with both being the crowd favourites of the day.   We’re so grateful to each and every guest who joined us for this special occasion, and because we had so much fun… KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR OUR 2025 EVENTS! #bimbadgen #wineclub #wineevents

Last Friday, we hosted our first wine event of the year – Winter Feast: A Single Vineyard Release at Bimbadgen Palmers Lane 🍷 The atmosphere of dusk, with a roaring fire pit and roaming fire twirlers during canapés, against the backdrop of Palmers Lane vineyards, set the stage for an eventful night of fine wine, delicious food, and the best MC (which Richard Done most definitely didn't pay us to write...)!   The highlight of the night was unveiling our impressive line-up of new wine releases. Our 2022 Signature Chardonnay made its debut, marking the first release since 2013.   We also introduced brand new vintages of Single Vineyard Shiraz: - 2021 Single Vineyard Palmers Lane - 2021 Single Vineyard McDonalds Road Block 16 - 2021 Single Vineyard McDonalds Road Block 17   Each is a testament of our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.   Throughout the evening, we celebrated by giving away tickets to see A Day On The Green presents The Teskey Brothers and offering exclusive access to our next event in September, which will feature the release of a brand new wine range.   We are grateful to everyone who joined us, made us laugh, shared our love for food, and most importantly, WINE!   Keep an eye out for our next event coming soon…

Since joining us in 2017, Richard has shown continued commitment to quality and innovation, which has lead our winemaking team to celebrate many recognised achievements including winning trophies and gold medals at wine shows, and driving Bimbadgen to be labelled as a 5 Star Winery in the Halliday Wine Companion.
