The scam is being coordinated via LinkedIn and fake emails. Merry Christmas to Blue Star shareholders. As the year comes to an end, this week we announced the commencement of site works at our world-class Galactica project with development drilling to start in January 2025. With one development well drilled and ready for tie-in and five more in the upcoming campaign we are targeting production in the first half of 2025, with Galactica providing high-grade helium and the sustainable production of food/beverage-grade CO2 to offtake partners. We also announced our option to acquire discovered and producing helium assets 100 miles north of Galactica in Lincoln and Cheyenne Counties Colorado, close to the Ladder Creek Helium liquification plant. This new asset was a hidden helium gem, unknown to most of the industry. A transformative opportunity like this is rare. To have numerous discovery wells that can be recompleted in zones where helium has already been discovered, coupled with existing infrastructure and an existing processing site is compelling. Success at both means Blue Star will have a set of premium helium assets in the heart of the largest market in the world, and located proximal to processing and transportation infrastructure, setting our business up to be a serious and reliable supplier of high-grade helium. In addition to its helium assets the Company will look to commercialise its high-grade CO2 discovery at Serenity that will provide sustainable production of food/beverage-grade CO2 to industry and diversification to Blue Star. In addition, the opportunity to diversify further by purchasing all WFE assets, including existing oil and gas production delivering immediate cash flow, is a game changer with the potential to further accelerate our organic growth in both Las Animas and Lincoln & Cheyenne Counties. The five additional wells, alongside the successful State 16 well, are expected to form part of the initial gas gathering into the Galactica helium production facility. Blue Star Helium Limited (ASX: BNL; OTCQB: BSNLF) has completed the farm out of a 50% interest in its Galactica/Pegasus project in the US state of Colorado to London listed Helium One Global Ltd for US$1.5 million cash consideration, plus Helium One will also fund the drilling of six development wells. The Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission (ECMC) has approved five new proposed helium development well locations at Blue Star Helium Limited's (ASX:BNL; OTCQB: BSNLF) Galactica/Pegasus project. Drilling is expected to start this Quarter at the wells to the south and southwest of the successful State 16 well toward the proposed Galactica plant site. Together with State 16 they are set to form part of the initial gas gathering into the Galactica helium production facility which Blue Star Helium is developing with its farm in partner, Helium One Global Ltd.
