United in our shared goals: The Campeyn team and founding members were brought together with our counterparts at Knight FM on 28th May for our first joint Synergy and Planning Day at MCEC. This day was an outstanding success that fostered a sense of teamwork and collaboration towards our shared goals. The day consisted of strategic team building activities, an inspiring keynote speech by Kevin Sheedy and an 'Amazing Race' that brought out the best in our people. The team remained highly engaged throughout the day to serve as a catalyst for redefining our vision and purpose as a Knight FM Company. On Tuesday, 27th of February, a group of Campeyn Group staff stepped up to clean up as part of the Business Clean Up Day Campaign.   The team spent time around our office areas picking up rubbish and recyclables and they were able to pick up 5 large bags of various types of rubbish. Campeyn hosted its annual Christmas celebration for our valued employees on the 9th of December to acknowledge their hard work over the last 12 months. As the year come to an end, this was a fantastic opportunity to socialise and relax, build team spirit and interact with colleagues from various contracts and departments across the business. Together, we have demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to business excellence. 2024 holds new opportunities, fresh challenges, and the potential for even greater accomplishments for our Campeyners and we are looking forward to it!
