As part of this three-month program, you’ll have access to the FB IDEAs Hub and co-working space, you’ll connect with mentors, investors, and industry experts, and we’ll work with you to develop a project proposal in Fishermans Bend. Companies selected for the program will join a powerful and deeply connected ecosystem of founders, innovators and entrepreneurs all working to tackle climate change and sustainability challenges, and make our future greener and brighter. Over 80 were in attendance, including Lord Mayor Nick Reece ⬇️ 🪑 You know it’s a great topic when you run out of chairs! Thank you so much to Simone, Jessica, Alison, Nadia and Megan for your valuable insights during the panel and for sharing your personal stories of how you got into climate tech. 📋 We were able to share a list of over 220 climate tech opportunities including jobs and short courses based in Melbourne, to save our attendees hours of research and drive further employment. 😇 A big thank you to Lord Mayor Nick Reece for coming down to show his support for the climate tech sector and sharing his journey to becoming Lord Mayor of the City of Melbourne.
