PROJECT REWIND || Springbank Secondary College Redevelopment In 2022, we were engaged by Department for Infrastructure and Transport to complete the much-needed refurbishment of Springbank Secondary College. The project involved the internal demolition of two double-storey classroom buildings, making way for a modern fit-out that includes several large multi-functional general learning areas, student breakout spaces, and student and staff amenities. Additionally, the project included upgrades to several courtyards, associated landscaping, and a brand-new Covered Outdoor Learning Area (COLA).
