Reimagining transformation in the Intelligence Age is about evolving from simply using tech to enable and operate a business, to tech actually winning and becoming the business. As Vish Sahasranamam from Forge Innovation & Ventures explains, it’s not just about 'tech enabling,' but 'tech winning'—and that’s where the shift is happening. In the closing keynote of the Corporate Innovation Summit, Vish shared how his company’s work with 'phygital' startups has revolutionised industries by combining hardware and digital innovation. 'I truly believe that phygital startups are the key to transforming the industrial majors,' he says, emphasising how the intersection of tech and business can create groundbreaking opportunities. Vish also reflects on Amazon’s journey from a retail company to a tech company within retail. 'Two-thirds of Amazon’s valuation comes from AWS, which is essentially the tech that has helped it win the business,' he adds. This transformation mirrors what’s happening in other industries, with tech becoming the central driving force in sectors like manufacturing, energy, and aerospace. At Forge, they are leading the charge by connecting startups with major industrial players, enabling them to drive innovation and growth. 'If tech can be the force that transforms the core sectors of our economy, then we are at the dawn of an incredible new age of innovation,' Vish concludes. This approach to innovation and transformation isn’t just about adapting to changes—it’s about defining what the future of business looks like. And as Vish says, 'The Intelligence Age is here, and it’s up to us to shape it.' #Innovation #TechTransformation #PhygitalStartups #IntelligenceAge

“Innovation isn’t about flashy ideas; it’s about real results. Build the right structures, and watch the magic happen.” Felipe Novaes, from The Bakery stole the show with a fresh, witty take on corporate innovation. His message? Innovation isn’t about chasing trends—it’s about focus, structure, and bold moves that make an impact. Felipe dropped this gem early on: “CEOs today are under huge pressure to innovate, but the secret isn’t more projects—it’s smarter ones. Think of autonomous vehicles: these are independent teams with the freedom to explore transformative ideas, unburdened by daily business operations.” He shared examples of these “autonomous vehicles” in action: Embraer-X: Created Eve, now worth 40% of Embraer’s market value. Sony Interactive Entertainment: Transformed gaming into their #1 revenue driver. AB InBev: Pushed through resistance to launch a game-changing ERP system, driving 40% of sales in Brazil.
