CPL Toowoomba recently hosted their own Olympics 🏆✨ Just like the Paris Olympics 2024, the rain came down. But that didn't dampen anyone's spirits. The team started their day with the torch relay, followed by games of Skittles, Balloon Volleyball, Frisbee Basketball, Rug races, Musical Chairs and to finish, Nerf Gun Archery 🏹 A big thanks to everyone who participated, dressed up and helped out behind the scenes to make this event so memorable ❤️ #Olympics2024 #Sport #TeamWork #Olympics [Image description: 4 photos; First photo is of two people in festive costumes. Our Gladstone clients were in for a surprise when the local Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) arrived as part of our Daily Living Skills program, to run through what to do in an emergency. Questions were asked, and lessons were learnt from our day with QAS. After our visitors left, we did role-playing to ensure we knew what to do in an emergency situation. Thank you to QAS for reminding us on what to do in an emergency, we are all feeling much more confident. #LessonsLearned #EmergencyTraining #QAS [Image description: 2 photos; First photo is of four individuals posing with two paramedics in front of an ambulance labeled "Emergency Paramedics" in a sunny outdoor setting. CPL - Choice, Passion, Life reposted this
As part of our recent engagement with CPL - Choice, Passion, Life to develop the Anywhere Toolkit, we designed a customer journey map and several scenarios to outline what an inclusive and accessible customer journey looks like. Journey Maps are an incredibly useful tool for understanding how people access a service, but they become even more important when we see the journey through an accessibility lens. Often businesses will forget to take accessibility into consideration — a common, but fortunately easily preventable oversight. When designed inclusively, the customer journey – from first awareness to lasting customer advocacy – is a powerful tool for welcoming new customers and building loyalty. Lucky for you, everything you need to get started is on the Anywhere website! Here are a few examples of the customer journey maps we helped create. You can find more on the Anywhere website under Module 1.
