Men’s Health Champions - Look out for your mates! Today is International Men’s Day and this year's theme is "Men's Health Champions". The “Look out for your mates” sub-theme encourages all Australians to reach out to the men in their families, lives and communities who may be struggling. Men’s health is everyone’s business and one way we can all be Men’s Health Champions is looking out for our mates, particularly when they are doing it tough. Wherever you are today, take the time to have a chat with someone close to you. It could make the world of difference.

About us
CSBP Fertilisers is a business of CSBP Limited, part of Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers, a division of Wesfarmers Limited. We have a long history in WA with over 100 years developing high-quality, reliable fertilisers for WA soils. Our major fertiliser manufacturing facility is based at Kwinana, 40 kilometres south of Perth and includes a superphos manufacturing plant, a granulation plant, a liquids plant and nine despatch plants. These operations are supported by regional sales representatives, field-based agricultural advisers operating throughout WA’s agricultural region, major regional fertiliser storage and despatch facilities located in Geraldton, Bunbury, Albany and Esperance, five depots and additional fertiliser despatch plants located across Western Australia, ensuring we have an extensive supply network. At CSBP we’re constantly looking at how new technology can assist our customers. Our range of agronomy services continues to expand and includes easy to use online platforms to support farmers in their day-to-day decision making. We believe that what you put in determines what you get out. That’s why we have been investing in our fertiliser more than any other WA supplier.

A milestone to be proud of! Congratulations to our very own Luigi Moreschi on 35 years at CSBP Fertilisers. Check out the full story below.
Congratulations to Luigi for reaching a milestone 35 years with our CSBP Fertilisers business! 👏 👷♂️ Growing up in Lake King (465km southeast of Perth), Luigi thought, very happily, that being a farmer was his future. When he was 12 however, his family moved to Perth and it wasn’t until Luigi’s first real job out of university with CSBP Fertilisers, that he found his way back to his agricultural roots. “My job with CSBP is one step removed from farming, but I’m still involved with some of the decision-making aspects of farming… there has been no other job that has taken my interest and CSBP has been good to me.” Luigi said. It’s no surprise that Luigi has seen a few changes in the business and across the Agricultural industry in his 35 years. Read more at https://lnkd.in/g3xTNTED Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF) would like to thank Luigi for his commitment and valuable contribution to the business over this time. 👏 🏆 #employeerecognition #milestone #career

Congratulations to Darrin on this award for his outstanding volunteer work with Lifeline WA!
It’s World Mental Health Day with the focus on mental health at work - a subject that's important to us. Today, we’re proud to shine the spotlight on CSBP Fertilisers Account Manager - Nutrition & Sales, Darrin Hills. Darrin has been a dedicated volunteer with Lifeline WA for 2.5 years, recently earning the joint Volunteer of the Year award. For Darrin, who splits his weeks between Perth and the Central Wheatbelt, it was personal experience and a conversation over coffee with a friend that led him to volunteer. “After going through a really bad time after my divorce I know what it’s like to feel isolated and lacking connections,” Darrin says. “I was looking to do some volunteer work...and I wanted to have an impact on people on a personal level and being a volunteer has given me that opportunity.” Darrin draws on his own mental health journey as part of the Lifeline WA Lived Experience Advisory Group and regularly donates his time to help out at a range of community engagement events throughout the year. He even found himself on the list of guest speakers at a Wheatbelt mental health and resilience event. “I’m always talking to my growers and farmers and letting them know it is absolutely okay to ask for help.” We’re incredibly proud of Darrin's impact both at work and in the community. If you or someone you know needs support, please reach out to Lifeline on 13 11 14. #MentalHealthWeek #BreakTheStigma #Regional #Community #inspiringemployees

We had a blast this week in Northam and Narrogin for our latest regional hockey carnivals with Hockey WA! 10 schools across the Wheatbelt and Upper Great Southern got the chance to hone their skills with help from Perth Thundersticks players Aleisha Power and Brodee Foster. We’re proud to support events like this through our community investment program. Thank you to all the schools that participated!
