Celebrating Community and Culture with the Western Sydney Wanderers Foundation. At Deicorp, building strong communities is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re proud to partner with the Western Sydney Wanderers Foundation, the charitable arm of the club, to support their impactful work with marginalised and disadvantaged groups. This commitment was recently showcased through the African Cup NSW Grand Finals at Wanderers Football Park. This iconic tournament brought together 47 teams across Senior Men’s, Women’s, and Junior divisions, celebrating African heritage and the unifying power of football. The event also made history as South Sudan claimed back-to-back wins in the Men’s category, while Sierra Leone took home the Women’s title for the first time. Events like these demonstrate the critical role football plays in promoting cultural exchange, community unity, and the integration of young African Australians into broader society. Through initiatives empowering women and girls, supporting disabled individuals, migrant and refugee families, and low-income households, the Western Sydney Wanderers Foundation is creating meaningful opportunities for those who need it most.
