Providing electronic recycling services and inclusive employment for South Australia
About us
Electronic Recycling Australia (formally Aspitech) leads the way in responsible electrical and electronic goods recycling. Our goal is to deliver not just better environmental outcomes, but better community and social outcomes too. We achieve these goals by maintaining sustainable best practice operations. We consider safety, innovation and collaboration as vital parts of our business. Our successful electronic and electrical recycling operation is an initiative of Minda providing services to people living with disability through sustainable employment, and enriches their lives through greater community participation and contribution. That’s a win-win for everybody. We hope you share our values, and we’d love to work with you to solve Australia’s mounting electrical and electronic goods disposal problem.

If you have items containing a battery, please don't put them in your kerbside bins! Electronic Recycling Australia is happy to accept any of your battery powered items at one of our many drop-off locations, free of charge. Please visit our website at https://lnkd.in/duWazGzy to find your nearest drop off location in South Australia.
Our 2024 Recycling Behaviours Report demonstrated a third of people (33%) don’t realise disposing of batteries in kerbside bins can cause fires. The waste industry is seeing up to three fires per week across the country that can be attributed to batteries or battery-operated devices being thrown into kerbside bins. Keep our communities safe and never dispose of batteries into bins. Find a specialist drop off point near you instead by searching on the B-cycle website or checking with your local council. #sustainablefuture
