  • Meet David, a Toowoomba local and valued member of the community. With an impressive 42-year tenure at Toowoomba Business Solutions, David embodies energy, enthusiasm, and a love for life. He lives independently with his housemates in Centenary Heights, actively participates in the Learning and Lifestyle hub, and engages with his community through Community Access programs. In August, David attended the Gympie Music Muster, a festival he had eagerly anticipated. As a passionate guitar player and country music enthusiast, he didn’t just enjoy the show – he embraced the music, dancing and immersing himself in the festivities. Thanks to the support of his dedicated team and alignment with his NDIS goals, David maintains an active and healthy lifestyle. From regular hydrotherapy sessions to working closely with his physiologist, he’s committed to staying strong and pursuing his passions. David’s adventures always bring exciting stories back home, creating joy and inspiration for his housemates. Is your your client ready to live life on their terms, just like David? • Are you or your clients looking for a vibrant and thriving community to live in? The suburb of Lawnton has much to offer. Discover the Lawnton Learning and Lifestyle hub, a vibrant space in Queensland's Moreton Bay region where people with disability can connect, create, and thrive. Recently, the hub hosted an Open Day featuring activities such as music, dancing, cooking, crafting, and virtual reality sessions, showcasing the inclusive and dynamic environment that defines Lawnton. The Learning and Lifestyle hub's welcoming atmosphere has recently attracted new participants, including Lucy, who joined to be closer to home. During the Open Day, Lucy impressed visitors with her dancing, while fellow participant John-Michael delivered an energetic drumming performance, embodying the hub's inclusive culture. Following the event, Lucy and John-Michael visited a nearby Endeavour Foundation Supported Independent Living home - a modern, five-bedroom residence designed for people with disability. Its proximity to the hub offers residents easy access to their favourite activities and a supportive community. The Lawnton Learning and Lifestyle Hub, along with the accessible nearby housing, provides more than just services - it fosters a true sense of belonging within a vibrant community where life is lived to the fullest. • A big thank you to Jennifer Parry from Sugar Research Australia Limited. The Bundaberg Business Solutions team was thrilled to welcome Jennifer, who kindly shared a free Domino’s pizza lunch she had won. As a regular on her morning commute past our site, Jennifer took the opportunity to join the team, enjoy lunch, and connect with our supported employees. During her visit, Jennifer chatted with everyone about their work and took a tour of our facilities to learn more about the meaningful impact we are making in the community. Her thoughtful gesture and genuine interest in our work made her visit truly special, leaving everyone feeling uplifted and inspired. Thank you, Jennifer, for your kindness and support. We look forward to continuing to connect and collaborate in the future. #CommunitySupport

  • Kew Business Solutions recently had the pleasure of presenting Certificates of Achievement to the students of Heatherwood School in recognition of their outstanding contributions during their work experience program. All 14 students brought incredible energy, enthusiasm, and talent to the Kew packaging team each week, assisting with various tasks and showcasing their extraordinary skills. It was a privilege to have them as part of the Business Solutions team, and their hard work made the program a resounding success. This collaboration provided a valuable learning opportunity, and we are thrilled that the students enjoyed their time at Endeavour Foundation. Congratulations to all the students on their achievements, and thank you for being such a vital part of the program. We look forward to seeing all that you accomplish in the future. #WorkExperience #MelbourneDisabilityServices

  • Join us in celebrating our 2024 National Disability Award Finalists. We are thrilled to announce that two of our amazing #TeamPossible were named finalists and highly commended in the Excellence in Disability Support Work category. Learning and Lifestyle hub Site Manager Lisa Van Sitter was nominated by Chloe, a person we support at our Alex Hills Learning and Lifestyle hub. Lisa was named one of three finalists in her category for 2024 thanks to Chloe's nomination. Lisa has made possibilities a reality for Chloe, who never thought she would be able to live without full-time care. Chloe now feels ready to transition to independent living and has a community of friends and family supporting her, and it is all thanks to Lisa's help. Production Team Leader David Cooper has been with Endeavour Foundation for 30 years and has helped countless employees we support achieve their goals. David beat over 150 entrants to be listed as a Highly Commended Finalist in the Excellence in Disability Support Work category. And it is all thanks to his groundbreaking work creating custom-made jigs to help employees complete tasks at the site. Congratulations to Lisa and David for their outstanding achievement. #NationalDisabilityAwards #TeamRecognition #DisabilitySupportWork

  • We recently opened a new Learning and Lifestyle hub at the Kew Library, designed to offer people with disability access to a wide range of programs, including cooking, fitness, life skills, creative arts, Virtual Reality, and Thrive Learning programs. Open every Wednesday, the hub provides a supportive environment where individuals can learn, engage, and grow at their own pace. Palani Subramanian, Victorian Operations Manager at Endeavour Foundation, shared, “We’re proud to open our second hub in Victoria, following the success of Keon Park. We welcome locals to explore the supports available right in their neighbourhood.” Kew participant Kylie Roach said, “I love learning life skills like budgeting and shopping for lunch, and the café sessions are a highlight.” The hub also hosts sessions on NDIS supports, work opportunities, and other personalised services. State MP Jess Wilson MP praised the hub’s impact on fostering accessibility and inclusion for Kew’s 20,000 residents with disability. We invite the Kew community to explore the new Learning and Lifestyle hub and discover the opportunities it offers to help people with disability thrive.
