LDK Tuggeranong engaged EPC Solar to perform thermographic drone imaging and electroluminescence testing after a recent severe hail storm cell. The testing proved that the panels were damaged and needed to be replaced to reduce risk of future fire and expedited degradation of the array. I’m very proud to announce in NAIDOC week that we have incorporated The Kali Pathways Foundation. The foundation will form a pathway for Indigenous students and graduates to find full time employment in the renewable energy sector. Molly Stocks will be the first employee to come through the program assisting with Marketing for EPC Solar, Molly’s Mum Carla Stocks is a proud Aboriginal woman with family ties back to Kitja Country. (East Kimberley region) Our aim is to reach 48 FTE placements in 2027 through EPC Solar and its industry networks. Kali Pathways will screen the potential employees and determine a suitable pathway whether it be blue or white collar then make the connections. Lewi and Nathan led the team to install an additional 145kw to the existing system to match the buildings consumption across 2 seperate MSBs.
