This fantastic video from our technical sales representative Farzad Amirzadeh at Fatra Australia showcases the Fatra Tapered insulation process of the vapour barrier primer included vapour sheet, tapered tissue faced PIR thermal insulation board application process, ILD vector mesh, & Fatrafol PVC sheet waterproofing membrane system in a fully adhere bonded application to the building substrate. On this particular project, the inclusion of the International Leak Detection (ILD) stainless steel wire mesh was included between the top face of the tapered insulation board and the underside of the Fatrafol PVC sheet membrane to enable a conductive substrate for electronic testing to be completed successfully to ensure no defects are present including pin holes that would create water entry. Fatra Australia Fatrafol 807V PVC sheet membrane application system is almost completed at this high rise residential project by the expert team at Danrae Group in Chatswood. A variation of areas from Planter boxes, Balconies, Roof areas, plant equipment areas and stair exit sections have all been waterproof remediated to provide a leak free watertight structure. At the Fatra Wetherill Park training facility we were able to provided a high technical based theory and hands-on practical based workshop that covered the benefits and installation of insulated tapered waterproofing systems. Fatra Australia today conducted a site inspection visit of this recently completed High Rise Residential Roof Waterproofing remediation at Cronulla with amazing views. The team at A Real Seal Waterproofing provided a very neat & professional installation of the Fatrafol Tapered Insulation PVC sheet system. The system build up consisted of InnoPro Waterproofing Systems Vapour Barrier, FatraTherm PIR Tapered Insulation board system to 1:60 falls to provide fall corrections to drain outlets, Fatrafol 807V 1.5mm Light Grey PVC sheet membrane system, that overall provides a 20 year product warranty system. Benefits to client include high SRI "Solar Reflectivity Value" from the Fully exposed UV stable Fatrafol PVC sheet membrane that will reflect the solar light and dramatically limit heat absorption.
